Four Cheeses, Four Characters
Our selection includes a mild Emmental with nutty notes, the artisanal Indonesian cheese Kebima, a soft and creamy Indonesian Brie, and a smoked Scamorza with a rich and savory character.
To Share by the Pool
The platter is served with fresh bread, crispy crackers, a garden salad, and a selection of sides. To complement the tasting, we also offer Grenache red wine for 80,000 IDR.
