Our menu invites you to discover traditional Balinese flavors while travelling across the Indonesian archipelago, island by island, through recipes and specialties inspired by its many culinary cultures.
Our team prepares everything on site using fresh ingredients, creating generous, authentic dishes full of flavor.
Because a stay in Bali is also about sharing time with family — and sometimes enjoying something familiar — we complement this Indonesian journey with a selection of European dishes.
Our youngest guests also have their own à la carte children's menu, designed to suit their tastes and appetites.
