The barbecue will be cooked throughout the evening with a generous selection of grilled favourites:

• grilled chicken fillets;
• pork medallions;
• pork ribs;
• grilled shrimp;
• grilled Bratwurst sausages;
• vegetarian options.

A buffet of salads and side dishes will complete the barbecue, so everyone can build their own plate and return to the buffet throughout the meal.

The opening of The Tribe deserved a special evening. To mark the beginning of this new adventure, we chose something that reflects who we are: a big shared table, great food, live music and a warm, easy-going atmosphere.

An all-you-can-eat BBQ around the grill

At the heart of the evening was our all-you-can-eat BBQ, with a selection of freshly grilled dishes prepared throughout the night.

On the menu were grilled shrimp, marinated mahi-mahi and grilled chicken, giving everyone the chance to build their own plate and come back for more whenever they wished.

The marinated mahi-mahi brought a fresh tropical touch to the grill, alongside shrimp and grilled chicken for plenty of variety.

A fresh buffet to go with the BBQ

Alongside the grill, we prepared a selection of sides and starters to complete the meal.

The buffet included tomato salad, Thai-style green papaya salad, French fries, rice, and a selection of homemade sauces to accompany the grilled dishes.

The idea was simple: generous food, no rush, and the freedom to try a little of everything throughout the evening.
