The opening of The Tribe deserved a special evening. To mark the beginning of this new adventure, we chose something that reflects who we are: a big shared table, great food, live music and a warm, easy-going atmosphere.
An all-you-can-eat BBQ around the grill
At the heart of the evening was our all-you-can-eat BBQ, with a selection of freshly grilled dishes prepared throughout the night.
On the menu were grilled shrimp, marinated mahi-mahi and grilled chicken, giving everyone the chance to build their own plate and come back for more whenever they wished.
The marinated mahi-mahi brought a fresh tropical touch to the grill, alongside shrimp and grilled chicken for plenty of variety.
A fresh buffet to go with the BBQ
Alongside the grill, we prepared a selection of sides and starters to complete the meal.
The buffet included tomato salad, Thai-style green papaya salad, French fries, rice, and a selection of homemade sauces to accompany the grilled dishes.
The idea was simple: generous food, no rush, and the freedom to try a little of everything throughout the evening.
Live music and the spirit of The Tribe
Live music set the tone for the evening and immediately created the atmosphere we want The Tribe to be known for.
A place where people can come to eat, have a drink, catch up with friends, listen to music and simply enjoy the moment.
The BBQ, shared plates and live music created exactly the kind of opening night we had imagined: relaxed, welcoming and generous.
The beginning of The Tribe adventure
This evening was more than just an opening dinner.
It marked the beginning of The Tribe, with the ambition of creating a true social place where food and good times come together naturally.
For this first evening: grilled food, fish, shrimp, an all-you-can-eat buffet and live music.
A perfect way to open the doors of The Tribe.
