Reservation / payment

Do I have to make my reservation through bookings-platforms ?
No, the best way to make your booking is to contact us directly on Whatsapp or by email.

Here we can give you the latest information, availability and possible discounts.
Do I have to do a prepayment ?
No, with us you only pay on check-out.
In this way you only pay for the services we provided.
How can I pay ?
We offer different ways of payment.
You can pay by cash, Wise, banktransfer or by card (no extra charges)
Is the reservation with breakfast ?
You can book your room with breakfast (included in the price), but you can also decide per day if you want breakfast with us (for extra charge).
Please ask us what works best for you.

What time can I check-in ?
Check-in is possible from 13.00 pm, as we need some time to clean your room.
If you need an earlier check-in, please ask us. Depending on availability we can try to meet your wishes.
Until what time is check-in possible ?
Normally you can check-in from 13.00 pm until 21.00 pm. When you arrive later, please inform us so we can make sure you can do your check-in later (we have a night watch, so no problem).
What time is check-out ?
Check-out normally is at 11.00 am. If you need a late check-out please inform us so we can provide this (extra charge).

Do I have to book the dives / courses prior to arrival ?
No, you can decide on your check-in what you want to do and when. If you want to do a course with us maybe it’s better to ask before, as sometimes it’s possible to start your theory already before arrival at our resort. In this way you can save some time during your stay with us.
Do you organize trips to the Manta's (Nusa Penida) ?
Yes we do. Availability is depending on weather conditions and we need at least 4 participants to organize this trip.
What's the best organisation for my diving course ?
We organize diving courses for SSI – PTRD and PADI, but it’s depending on your wishes what organisation suits you best. Please ask us per Whatsapp or email before arrival or talk to our staff with check-in what’s best for you.

All organisations are recognized internationally and you can switch organisation when you decide to continue with your diving education.
Do you provide snorkeling ?
Yes, we rent out snorkeling equipment but we don’t provide a snorkeling guide. If you want to go snorkeling we’ll give you instructions, but you’ll do it on your own risk.

Do you provide airport shuttle ?
Yes, we provide airport shuttle. If you want us to arrange this, please provide us your flight number and time of arrival. For the latest prices please ask us.
Do you provide laudry service ?
Yes, we provide laundry service (extra charge) with a local company. They will pickup your laundry and return it clean to our resort (timing depending on the service you book). Please ask our staff for the latest prices.
Do you organize excursions ?
Others than diving excursions, we can only advise you what are the best places to visit and we can help you to organize these trips. We work together with a local company, who can give you the best service.
Do you rent out motorbikes ?
We work together with local companies who rent out motorbikes, but it’s on your own risk. If you want to have a motorbike please ask our staff and make sure you have the right papers to ride a motorbike in Indonesia.
